OVERALL ENCOUNTER...OUTSTANDING!! I've purchased two new vehicles from Dick Genthe Chevrolet. Those vehicles are a 2003 Corvette and a 2006 Silverado. In reality, the identical salesperson sold me both vehicles. Both of those vehicles are serviced at this dealership. I do not use any other dealership for my service work. In the course of my recent Silverado service, I was shown my brake rotors and was able to discuss their condition with the mechanic. That undoubtedly helped me to comprehend what was required. USEFUL!!! Following my recent buy with Dick Genthe Chevy I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I originally started off with Lisa Stan who at the time was assigned to Web Sales. She was really prompt, useful and friendly and her follow up was quite fast and efficient. I ended up buying a used vehicle via Cindy McTaggart who worked with Lisa and was extremely helpful and looked out for the vehicles that she thought I could be considering. I lastly bought my vehicle and I'm pleased with it. Both Lisa and Cindy had been there when I came to pick it up and I actually appreciate everything that they did for me. I also had the pleasure of working with John Tomlin who is their finance guy. He was awesome! He was extremely patient with my problems and got me into a vehicle that I was really satisfied with and I genuinely appreciate all of the hoops that he had to jump via to get me in a vehicle.
